Why Tata's Concept?

We are a Portuguese start-up in love with our four-legged friends. All of our products were created thinking about the needs we've felt over time, whether it's in terms of storing our pets' things, or with the rest of the collection!

What are the materials used?

Our charriots are made of wood, with ecological paints and varnishes. We care about the environment, we don't want to favor some by harming others!

Our ponchos are 100% made in Portugal, with Portuguese material. Turkish fabric, 100% cotton, with silicone labels.

How can I collaborate with Tata’s Concept?

Anyone who knows us knows that we melt with your photos, so... don't avoid bombarding us with photos of you with our products!

How to take care of our products?

Charriot: Do not place in damp or outdoor locations. Do not use aggressive cleaning products, ideally clean with a damp cloth and dry immediately.

Poncho: Can be washed in the machine, in a cotton program, at a maximum temperature of 40º. Do not dry clean.

Shipping and Delivery - What are my delivery options?

Items ordered in Portugal can only be sent to people over 18 years old and with a valid address in Portugal.

We offer free pick up in Oeiras, or shipping to the defined address.

We ship to the islands, values to be confirmed at the time of check out.

Shipping and delivery  - Who will deliver my order?

We essentially collaborate with CTT services, however we may use other national carriers.

Shipping and deliveries - Can I cancel or change my order?

We start processing your order immediately, so we cannot cancel it after confirmation. However, you can send an email to change an item of similar value, change the name to be personalized or modify the delivery address.

Shipping and Delivery - How can I track my order?

As soon as you place your order, we will send you an email with all the information about your order. Once your order has been processed and delivered to CTT/carrier, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to track your order.

PAYMENTS - What types of payments are accepted?

We accept payment with cards with the American Express symbol, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and PayPal payments.

We also have multibanco and MBWay payments.

All transactions are encrypted for your security.

How can I use discount codes?

To apply a discount coupon in our online store, follow these steps:

After completing your cart, select “Checkout”

Type your coupon in “Código discount”

The discount will be applied and you will be able to finalize the payment.

You can only use one discount code.

I've been sent a phishing email, now what?

If you receive an email asking you to provide card details or other personal information, please note that this is not sent by Tata’s Concept. The same applies to instagram and/or facebook accounts.

Returns and Exchanges - Can I make a return/exchange?

You can return/exchange your order or any item in your order within a period of 14 days from the day your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately you can no longer return/exchange any item.

It is not possible to exchange items of different value, only of the same value or for a different size.

We do not exchange personalized products.

After returning any item, the state of the product is evaluated: we only accept the return of intact items, in their original packaging, without having been Used and washed. We always recommend that you try the items carefully and indoors in case you need to return/exchange them.

Returns and Exchanges - How do I make a return/exchange?

Please, follow the procedures below to proceed with the return/exchange:

Contact us via our email info@tatasconcept.pt, explaining the reason for the return/exchange.

After our response to your email, send the item(s) you wish to return/exchange to the address indicated in the email.

Note: Make sure that all items have not been used or washed.

Note: We recommend that you use a registered shipping service, which provides you with a tracking code. Tata’s Concept is not responsible for return/exchange costs, except for the return/exchange of items that are defective or different from the order placed.

Returns and Exchanges - How do I know if my return/exchange has been accepted?

As soon as your items are received, we will send you an email to let you know if the return/exchange has been accepted. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the account indicated. If your exchange is approved, you will receive your new order within 1-2 working days, or as soon as it is produced again (applies to charriots).

Returns and Exchanges - Can my order be held at customs and subject to import fees?

No. All orders placed at Tata’s Concept are shipped from Portugal, so they will never be held up at customs.
